Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! We have shipped all over the world.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We are a small business and we do not have a full time shipping department, so mailorder is usually fulfilled in groupings every week or so. In the case of larger releases, it sometimes takes a bit longer to process and pack hundreds of orders. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

International orders sometimes get held up in customs, and there is NOTHING we can do about that. Sorry. If your country has import tariffs or VATs on foreign goods, there is NOTHING we can do about those either. We do not pay them, or split them with you, they were never our responsibility. Sorry.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If an order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact Charlie at tinymediaorders@gmail.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to file a claim with the post office and get you a replacement. 

Be careful when removing prints from the mailing tube, its easy to damage a print if you yank and pull on it, so be gentle. We know exactly what that kind of damage looks like and will not replace the print.

So what are these?
Unless otherwise noted, everything in my store is a silkscreen print, hand printed one ink color at a time in runs of a couple hundred. Most are signed and numbered limited editions that will never be reprinted, but occasionally some are signed open editions that will be available until I stop making more. They're very nice and your friends will be jealous.
